FAQ
WAQR is a platform to connect your business WhatsApp numbers once and use them from several systems: Emboxia, Zygore, AXEN or your own software via API. It centralizes conversations, controls which application reaches each number and keeps the history.
It is not required. WAQR works with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. We recommend Business for the company profile, catalog and labels, but the connection is the same.
Yes, that is the whole point. You connect the number once and authorize each application separately, with different permissions if you want. They all work on the same connection and conversations stay in one place.
Yes. Messages and files are stored in WAQR and you can search them from the dashboard. Retention for messages and files depends on your plan and is shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard.
Yes. WAQR has a REST API to send and receive messages, list conversations and contacts, plus signed webhooks to receive events in real time. You create an API key from the dashboard and use it with the permissions you choose.
When you create your account you can connect one number during the trial period shown on the pricing page, without paying. When it ends, the connection pauses until you choose a plan; your data and settings are kept.
If you have an active plan in any of those products, WAQR recognizes you when you arrive from your account and enables one connection at no cost while that plan stays active. If you use more than one of these systems you still get one included connection; additional ones are billed at the per-connection price.
The included connection is no longer available. You can keep your number connected by subscribing to the connection directly in WAQR; none of your history is lost in the process.
No. WAQR connects through WhatsApp Web, just like when you link WhatsApp on a computer. It is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. This lets you start in minutes without prior approval, but it means following WhatsApp's rules: messages to people who agreed to receive them, no bulk sending or spam. Misuse can lead WhatsApp to block the number, and that is outside WAQR's control.
