You pay for each connected WhatsApp number. You start with a trial and, if you use Emboxia, Zygore or AXEN, your plan already includes a connection. Values are shown exactly as configured today.

What every connection includes

  • One WhatsApp number

    Each connection is one number. You can have several in the same account and assign them to different applications and agents.

  • Every application you authorize

    Emboxia, Zygore, AXEN and your own software can use the same connection with no extra cost per application.

  • History and search

    Messages and files kept for your plan's retention period, searchable from the dashboard and the API.

  • Team and permissions

    Invite your team, assign numbers to agents and control what each person sees.

  • API and webhooks

    API keys with scoped permissions and signed webhooks, subject to your plan's request limit.

  • Email support

    A person from the team answers. Connection incidents get priority.

Billing questions

How does the trial work? What happens when it ends?

When you create your account you can connect one number during the trial period shown on the pricing page, without paying. When it ends, the connection pauses until you choose a plan; your data and settings are kept.

How does the connection included with Emboxia, Zygore or AXEN work?

If you have an active plan in any of those products, WAQR recognizes you when you arrive from your account and enables one connection at no cost while that plan stays active. If you use more than one of these systems you still get one included connection; additional ones are billed at the per-connection price.

What happens if I cancel my Emboxia, Zygore or AXEN plan?

The included connection is no longer available. You can keep your number connected by subscribing to the connection directly in WAQR; none of your history is lost in the process.

Can I pay monthly or yearly?

It depends on the billing options active at any given time, which you can see on the pricing page and in the dashboard. When a yearly option exists, the page shows the discount applied.

Your WhatsApp should not be isolated from your systems.
