Terms of service

WAQR lets you link WhatsApp numbers through WhatsApp Web, authorize applications (Emboxia, Zygore, AXEN or your own software through the API) to use those connections, and centralize conversations in a dashboard.

WAQR is not a WhatsApp or Meta product, is not affiliated with them and does not use the official WhatsApp Business API. WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account and by the members you invite to your organization.

Organization owners can grant and revoke application permissions, invite members, create API keys and close the account.

You agree to use WAQR in accordance with the law and WhatsApp's terms of service. In particular, you may not send unsolicited or bulk messages, impersonate others, distribute illegal or malicious content, or use the service to harass or defraud.

WAQR applies per-connection sending limits and may suspend a connection or an organization upon signs of abuse, notifying you when possible.

The connection depends on WhatsApp Web and on WhatsApp's decisions. WhatsApp may sign out sessions or block numbers on its own, and WAQR cannot prevent it or guarantee the continuity of a connection.

You accept that using WAQR carries that risk and that WAQR is not liable for blocks or restrictions WhatsApp applies to your number.

When you authorize an application on a connection, that application may act with the permissions you grant (read messages, send, receive notifications) until you revoke the authorization. WAQR is not responsible for how an application uses data within the permissions you granted it.

The connection included with Emboxia, Zygore or AXEN depends on your plan in that product being active, as reported by that product to WAQR.

Current prices, the initial trial, billing options and the limits of each plan are published at waqr.app/pricing and in the dashboard. Amounts are charged in advance for each contracted period.

If payment is not completed, paid connections are paused; your data is kept for your plan's retention period.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. Regarding your customers' data, your company is the data controller and WAQR acts as processor.

You can export your organization's data and request its deletion when closing the account.

WAQR, its software, brand and content belong to their owner. The messages, contacts and files of your connections are yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store and process them as part of the service.

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee an availability percentage until we publish a service level agreement. We may perform maintenance, notifying in advance when possible.

We may modify the service and these terms. Substantial changes will be notified by email with reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, WAQR is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the service, including blocks applied by WhatsApp. WAQR's total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last twelve months.

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. WAQR may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, with notice except in serious cases or where third parties are at risk.
