About
We built WAQR because we needed it
WAQR is built by the team behind Zygore, in Lima, and was born from a problem that kept showing up in the products we build and use: every system asked for its own WhatsApp QR, and chats ended up scattered everywhere.
Where it comes from
Businesses across Latin America serve, sell and collect payments on WhatsApp. When they adopt management, marketing or support software, each tool wants to connect to the same number, and each does it its own way: another QR, another session, another inbox. The result is duplicate numbers, lost history and nobody knowing for sure which system is using the company's WhatsApp.
WAQR separates the connection from the applications that use it. You connect the number once, authorize each system with specific permissions and conversations stay in one place, with you, even if you change tools. Emboxia, Zygore and AXEN integrate it as first-party products; any other software connects through the API.
We do it without shortcuts where it matters: isolation between companies is tested automatically on every change, prices are published from a single source and we do not promise what we do not control.
How we work
-
Benefit before technology
We talk about connections, applications and permissions, not instances, tenants or grants. The technology is underneath, done well, but it is not the message.
-
Honest by default
WAQR connects through WhatsApp Web and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. We say so on the website, in the FAQ and in the terms.
-
You control your data
Instantly revocable permissions, activity log, export and complete deletion when closing the account.
-
Clear pricing
One price per connection, published from a single source you see identically on the website and in the dashboard. No hidden figures or promotions that change on renewal.
What we call things
We use the same words on the website, in the dashboard and in support.
- Connection
- A WhatsApp number linked to WAQR.
- Application or system
- Emboxia, Zygore, AXEN or your own software.
- Authorization
- The permission you give an application to use a specific connection.
- Included connection
- The one your Emboxia, Zygore or AXEN plan enables at no cost.
- Company or account
- Your organization in WAQR, with its team and connections.
- API key
- The credential your software uses to call the API.
