How to connect it

    Open WhatsApp in Emboxia

    From your Emboxia account, go to the WhatsApp section and click "Connect WAQR".

    Link your account

    WAQR recognizes you are coming from Emboxia. If you already have an account it gets linked; otherwise you create one in a single step.

    Scan the code

    Scan the QR with your business WhatsApp. If the number was already connected in WAQR, you just pick which one to use.

    Authorize Emboxia

    You confirm which permissions Emboxia gets on that number. Done: Emboxia can now send and receive messages.

How much does WhatsApp in Emboxia cost?

While your Emboxia plan is active it includes one WAQR connection at no cost. If you need more numbers, additional connections are purchased in WAQR at the current per-connection price.

Can I use the same number in Emboxia and another system?

Yes. There is a single connection; from WAQR you authorize each application separately with the permissions you choose.

What happens if I cancel Emboxia?

The included connection is no longer available, but your history stays in WAQR. You can keep the number active by subscribing to the connection directly.

Where do the chats live?

In WAQR, also available to Emboxia and to any other application you authorize. If you switch systems, the history stays with you.

Your WhatsApp should not be isolated from your systems.
